Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By requesting a quote, paying a deposit, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are commissioning on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

Insightmatrixcore provides vendor performance reporting engagements for procurement leads, including scorecard packs, comparison briefings, quarterly reviews, and category snapshots. Scope, fee, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work starts. Website rate figures are guidance only.

Client materials

You remain responsible for the accuracy of supplier lists, shipment extracts, invoice lines, and quality logs you supply. We rely on those materials to produce rankings and notes. Delays in clarifying questions may extend the stated timeline.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered pack and briefing materials for your internal procurement and supplier-management purposes. Insightmatrixcore retains copyright in templates, scoring frameworks, and methodologies. You may not resell our packs as a product to third parties.

Confidentiality

We treat your supplier data and commercial figures as confidential and use them only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Liability

Reporting packs support procurement judgement; they are not legal, financial, or credit advice. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost supplier discounts or production downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Songkhla Province have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
