Briefings
The briefing is where the pack earns its keep
Every reporting engagement closes with a live walkthrough so procurement leads can question the ranks before supplier meetings begin.
What happens in a briefing
We open with the executive summary: who moved up, who slipped, and which exceptions still need a named owner. Then we walk the detailed supplier sheets—on-time delivery, quality incidents, price variance, and compliance—so you can challenge any line that looks wrong before the pack is final.
Briefings run about 45–60 minutes. They can take place at our Hat Yai office on Phetkasem Road, at your site by arrangement, or on video when travel is impractical. Leave-behind PDFs arrive the same day as the session.
Briefing sequence
- Intake confirmed — vendor list, period, and source files locked.
- Draft pack — you review for factual errors and name mismatches.
- Live briefing — ranks, exceptions, and recommended follow-ups.
- Final pack — PDF sheets ready for your supplier calendar.
Who sits in the room
Most briefings include the procurement lead and one category owner. Finance or quality contacts join when price variance or incidents are central to the decision. We keep the group small so questions stay specific.
